I'm new and wondering if the bazaar is free to use to sell items to other player?

As for your question, yes the bazaars(at least the basic one) is free to use. (purchasing items still requires real money points though)

You can access it via alt-social(?)-baazar and the basic version will allow you to sell 3 items at a time.
