Hi,

How does the smithing work? Do i always need have a recipe for the weapon(i.e. if i want to make a Gandiva then i have to have the gandiva recipe)?

(I already have all the materials need for the weapon)

About smithing, some weapons do not need recipes while many others do. Yoshitsune friendship lvl also affects this. You might want to see this page here http://onigiri.wikia.com/wiki/Smithing

In the case of Gandiva, it does need the recipe, which can be found in Kokujou Forest and Three Deity Cavern.
