Amidahijiri Weapon? Where do you get it?

Does anyone know where to get the Amidahijiri weapon? I am pretty sure it is a staff or wand.
Do you have to craft it or has anyone identified a weapon and got it?

I need it to obtain a Title and can not find it anywhere!!!
