I create this post so people can place their knowledge so starting players start with the right foot
It would be nice to start with someone that could help by posting stats on japanese, the builds and the relation of the weapon/s with that build
"Stats, translated builds and right weapon/s for each build"

Character builds:
Power - Heavy Hitter Melee build- axes/swords - Slow attacks but can deal a lot of dmg
Defensive - Survival melee build- Polarms/Katana - Has lots of health can take hits, polarm keeps enemies away while performing devastating attacks
Cautious -Magical build- uses wands/staffs - attack mage I think
Kind -Magical build- wands/staffs - support mage possibly
Daring - Fast Melee/ranged build - Dual Swords/Bows - fast attacks easy maneuverability
These are just the starter builds you choose when you make your character you can mix it up or leave it alone as you wish later.

Pure Dex
according to everything i have read/done this is the highest damage output possible but its also a glass cannon, i do not i repeat i do not recommend doing this if your new to the game as you will usually die very easily, but if you want to travel down this path like i did then i recommend doing a few dungeon runs at the start of the game to get a feel for the combat system. The only reason i dont recommend cautious is because it seems to focus more heavily on magic rather than damage from melee weapons, granted darings base Power is only a few points higher every bit helps when you have little to no defence and or health.
Weapons used: Bow/Dual Sword - DEX (obviously xD)
Class Recommended: Daring 7 base Power 7 base dex and 5 base vit
Hybrid Dex/Vit
Same as pure Dex but with vit added in every now and then for a bit more sustainability.
Weapons used: Bow (Dex) /Dual Sword (Dex) /Spear (spear depends on how Vit heavy you go)
Class Recommended: Daring 7 base Power 7 base dex and 5 base vit
Alternative - Defensive - unsure on base stats but its slightly lower than daring in all areas except for Mnd and Vit
Hybrid Dex/Power
Basically the same as the top description except power adds in slightly higher base health so instead of say having like 412 health at level 12 or 13 or whatever you might have 420 or 430 or something.
Weapons used: Bow (Dex/Power) /Dual Sword (Dex) /Sword (Power)/Axe (Power)/Odachi (Power)
Class Recommended: Daring 7 Base Power 7 Base Dex 5 Base Vit
Now you might be wondering why daring is recommended, well for all 3 builds they hover around darings highest base and overall out of the others seems to be the most balanced to start off with at level 1 for this type of build, and the weapons you use do depend on how heavily you put into the other stat.
Also Dex gives a lot more damage per point added compared to STR 12 points spent in STR is +9 Attack and +1 Max Health where as the same amount in Dex is +29 Attack and +1 crit, and 12 points into Vit is Max HP +3 HP Recovery + 2 Pdef +24 and Mdef +8
