I've been looking to go from rank V to rank VI on my skills, especially with my Ougi skills. I am curious at what rank Momotaru will allow me to go to rank V - > rank 6, so I can use my magatamas effectively? Especially to get rank VI Lightning Slash and Ougi True Spirit Force.

I heard it was affection level 20, but is it possible to get it earlier via Amaterasu?
