Ougi 5 for sword is also (Assumption) 70 wind/30 slice. I know it's wind/slice for sure though.

My inner Jew is urging me not to tell make a public post about these weapons, so that I can sell the materials/weapons for lots of C once the patches roll in.

Well, I still will not bother directly translating the materials for you, but I am willing to tell you whether you are correct or incorrect about something if you bring me your own research/attempted translation. Note that I am only willing to verify whether the entire recipe is correct.
