hey i have an odachi user level 104 should i go daring and max out pow and dex or what should i do

Max POW first for the affinity, then DEX for crit and cooldown cut. Mind is also recommended for chaining skills, and people suggest putting a little into Wis too for lower SP costs. But POW and DEX first IMO.

To add to what Helix said, Wis also gives Crit points, but to a lesser extent than Dex.

Also, did they change the SP reduction for other weapons by adding Wis? I remember reading it only applies to Staff and Wand. I haven't tested it for other weapons.
