I gotta work a lot lately and can't log in as much as before.
And when I do ...forum has changed or get wiped clean.
Did admin start to get annoyed by spammer or what??

HEY. No, they wanted to redesign the forum. So they did a wipe and made a new forum.

Nooo. There was a bug with the logo. Meaning, it was new.
