Sounds like something from a danmaku game. Maybe someone can try asking the uploader is Japanese?

I've found the title of the 1st music, its centennial festival for magical girls from touhou project.
Now what I can't find is the other 1 which is on 2:36 on this video.
I've searched the entire touhou ost, but it seems like it isn't from touhou project at all.(or I could be wrong)
Anyone here knows the title of the music?
