has anybody crashed on oosumi plains south?

everytime i login in this area it crashes my game... currently my character is stuck there and i cant even teleport to the respawn point(due to the game crashing 2 seconds later)

pc specs :
AMD athlon x4 640
6 gb ram
2gb gtx 650ti OC
windows 8

admins need fix for this... i already made my second character (which is currently stuck on that area) after my first character was stuck in that area as well...help is highly appreciated
