Asking about skills..

i know i looted something like a scrolls to put skills on weapons but i dont know how to put it and where can i see what scroll i got nothing on my inventory even in skills section?.. anyone kindly enlightened me about this..

Gotta open your inventory and look along the top for the "Skill Card" category under "Other". The good news is that they don't take up inventory space.
