character deletion

is there a way to recover a deleted character. i derped and accidentally deleted a character i wanted to keep. if not ied like to request that they be a 24 hour deletion delay. specialy when the account has some rare things in it. such as an outfit i won and i also had an Oni Healing book. the character was named ZeDerptor
