Question About Topping Up OC's

Hey Every1! Im just wondering if anybody getting the error about topping UP using Ultimate Game Card also known as (UGC). Like You can select the Payment Method, to How much you wanted to purchase and to the point u can put on all the CODES in.. but when u click PROCEED, it redirects you to a page that says " SESSION EXPIRED ". Im just wonderin if anyone knows how to solve this problem or how can I manage to top up using these UGC's I got.. I would appreciate all the replies.. Thanks ^.^
