Can't do mainquest - Error 00102

I can't follow the history since I'm not able to enter the Nakisawame cave at Izumo.
Is mainquest Miasma Cleanup Operation, so I'm stuck there.
Everytime I get inside the cave (6 times), the loading screen stuck at the same point http://prntscr.com/44okp1 and after certain time I get the error 00102 http://prntscr.com/44olbe. And then login screen comes always.
So, I can't do mainquest, please give me a solution.

Nevermind, I already resolved, just delete all files at pkg folder and the game downloaded the files again.
That solved it
