Free Gifts and Email Problem

1st of all....
Ok so everytime i start the game launcher i see this Get Amped then it says [Play for Onigiri Gift!] same as Cosmic Break it also say [Play for Onigiri Gift] I already DL both of it and I played it but still I haven't got any gifts :O how come?? ._.
And Lastly
So I used my old email and now its blocked how do I change it? because it needs to be verified 1st to change my email but i can't cuz its already blocked ._. Please HELP!!!

actually this thing is already finish the event i mean and i got my gift in both game cosmic break and onigiri last month
