URGENT ISSUE HELP NEEDED

I recently wanted to enhance my +20 to +30 when my weapon suddently dissapeared for no apparent reason.

Info that might help:

It was really laggy at the time
I was in Kaga Channel 1
I had bought the weapon earlier the same day for OC
Nebula Storm +20 Ice Bolt V / Ice Glaive VII / Hellfire VII

No I did not smelt it and even if I did it doesn't break at +20/30
No I did not enchant another weapon with it since I clicked the weapon first then switch to another category to grab enhancing materials

Now I don't see any reason why it would dissapear out in thin air this is an extremely discouraging bug, I'm pretty sure noone will be able to help me since the Mods/Admins rarely help when theres issues but just thought I'd give a heads up to make sure people are careful.

maybe you didn't notice your weapon while doing something because some of the players sometimes they never notice there main weapon when enhancing or smelting or try to look and your inventory carefully or in storage
