payment issues for oc

last night i purchased the 10 dollar pack for oc and i got them but when i checked my bank account in the morning it says that cyberstepco charged me 10 dollars twice. i would be fine with this if they credited me the oc for charging me twice but they did not. i would really like this resolved by either sending me the oc for the second 10 dollar charge or sending me my money back.
