why is this happening on me!

i Download the onigiri on my laptop.. i mean the installer.. but when i try to install it.. its an error.. please i need some guide and help.. i want to play this game!!!

Welp, actually i don't understand...(since there are some different download part)
Is it the installer that you downloaded that are not working?
Or is it the Download Update part that is not working?
Or is it somethin else?
Can you give the Screenshot at which part tht is not working? (Screenshot of before and after clickin)
