Unable to access Lady Shizuka

I am having a major problem with the options with Lady Shizuka. I can open the smithing options for Yoshitsune, and various options like that with the other NPCs, but I can't access any of Lady Shizuka's options, like identify, or storage. I have tried, several times to log out of the game and re-enter, with no success of any change. I have also tried accessing these options on other channels and even other safe zones, with no success. Please help me to figure out what's wrong. Is there a bug in my character somewhere?

you can actually test if its you character or something else(client?)
create new character and check Shizuka.. if it doesnt work, try reinstalling the game
if reinstalling wont help, submit a ticket to support

Do you have a quest for Shizuka? That's the only other thing I can think of...
