Report bug ? walk through walls

Hi there,
Dunno if there is a place to report bugs, and if it's helpful for the devs ?
I noticed when you have destroyable obstacles you can pass through it while attacking it (ex: in sakurajima you have some walls you have to destroy, with an axe you move forward while attacking and cross it without breaking it)
