Quest Error 10001 Help!! plz

Hello all Im having trouble accessing my Partners, Every time i accept the new Quests That give you Valintines chocolates I get logged out of onigiri with Quest error "10001" And i cannot repair weapons or anything because of this, Please Help find a solution! Thx all
