Can A Login--Corrupted Character Be Copied/Repaired?

Greetings!

I haven't logged in the game for quite a while, mostly because my main character began constantly failing to complete log-in, always crashing to the tune of broken music during the splash screen. I had created some earlier characters which don't exhibit this sign of log-in corruption though they long haven't the mileage of my main character into the game if that's a factor. I'd hate to scrub my main character and recreate it with its handle from scratch at square one and dump all those hard-earned drops and scores. Is there any way Cyberstep can salvage my character? Can they grant me special permission to perhaps duplicate the character whose copy should be free of the corruption?
