Are you using proxy server/vpn? As far as I know, using proxy to complete offers is prohibited.

Normally, a proxy/vpn is basically something that hides your IP Address, and makes it somewhat safer and usually used in security purposes.

So it looks like this if you connect to internet normally: PC>Internet>Website
But if you had a proxy: PC>Internet>Proxy>Website

But since you probably did not know that, I would just reccommend refreshing the offers page or wait an hour or so
