I just wanted to know how is the Ougi Skill Set Card working? i mean if u put it on a weapon u can use it again? or how is this thing working?

If you use the ougi skill set card, it uses up the card and places it on the weapon. Meaning it's a one-time use card, and you can only extract it with an ougi extraction card.
