Update Stuck at 97%

- downloaded new update package in launcher { recent one as of 15-12-2015 }
- game finish downloading to 100% but drop back down to 93% and continued to download back up to 100%
- closed the game and reopen it only to find its at 97% and has been for the past 3~4hrs now

is there a quick fix to this or no?

also i don't want to reinstall the game if it comes to that.

Check internet connction. Either that or its the server. If all else fails then you might hae to reinstall
