[Resolved] need help with valentine event quest

I got stuck at making cupid's bow. I collect enough cocoa and high quality cocoa and talk to Yoshitsune. However, I can't find Bow of cupid in my smithing list. Am I suppose to get recipe from the previous quest? I look through my inventory and can't find the recipe. If it's bug, is it possible to abandon the quest and retake it?

You should of recieved it when you first talked to the girl who gives you the damaged bow

If that is the case, then I probably got bug that NPC didn't give me the recipe. I haven't sold or discard anything in my inventory since the event starts. So, I'm confident I didn't sell or discard it by mistake either. Is there any solution to the issue? If I abandon the current quest, will I be able to restart it again?

Finally I get it to work by discard and retake the quest.
