Can't summon partners/youkai

I've been getting this bug a lot lately. Their stamina is full and apparently there's nothing wrong, but when I try to summon them, I get the "Too tired to acompany you" message.

You should only be getting that message when their health bar is empty and when you have no Prayer Crystals left.

There doesn't seem to be a solution based on these, but sending a ticket to CS with the screenshot may help.
