launcher won't work

hi there , as the title say , the launcher won't show up , but i can find it in my process list , i've try to repair the game but wont work , any idea's to fix this ?

I'm in the same situation.

Edit: So I reinstalled and it worked again. Luckily there was a repair option which actually reinstalls the game, but it didn't need to donwload all the updates from the beginning so it did't take a lot of time (I have a slow download speed, that's why I was afraid).

there other way for those who can't open launcher,for me i just copy my friends cobra folder [%appdata%]
