Quest Bugged: Find Purified Sulphur

Hello

I have experienced a bug with the quest ''find purified sulphur''.
The bug is that the quest tells me to speak to kiichihougen, but when I do he just talks about random things (see next attachment) that are unrelated and after the dialogue is finished the quest does not continue, and it still says I must speak to him.
