Graphics issues

As you can see, the leaf, flower and grass textures are not transparent and the shadow of accesories and skill particles are square. It's bothering me and I was hoping someone has a solution for this. Thank you.

Windows 10, updated graphics card and all. Everything was fine at first but then it just started to look that way.
