Shining Moon OC Reward Campaign NO REWARD

I hav BUYED 1500 oc 5 days ago and there have been no Premium Gacha Ticket or any other reward sent to me since that day.
I have also sent Inquiry but there's no reply from you guyz of the CS company whatsoever...
Is there any compensation even after event is OVER!!!!?
It even said that those Premium Gacha will expired at 12 September and i still receive none of em.
You guys better have some beneficial compensation or something cuz a friggin Premium Gacha is slipping away from me.
