[BUG] html onigiri bug

BUG 1 : at http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/home
the contact us (bottom right) ... i cannot use it..it always say "You must complete all fields and specify a valid email address"

BUG 2 : forum cannot click link at http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/_/forum
this bug happen when u have many forum tabs, u cannot click the old forum tabs
Solution for BUG 2 :
just click the old forum tabs 1x ,
click the old forum page 1x ,
then try to scroll it.... now u can click the link from the old forum tabs
