Launcher Download Failed

Every time i try to start Onigiri (whether it is using admin or not) I get a pop up stating : "Launcher download failed. Please try again later." At first I thought it was because the game was "closed" however I watched my friend at least get to the title screen with no problems. So how do I fix this? Here is a picture of the Error Message:

Reinstall.

I've reinstalled about 4 times, it's not working >.<
