Can't Start Game

When I click "Start Game" in the launcher, I almost immediately get an error message saying that the program has stopped responding and needs to close. The same thing happened during the CBT, but not between the time it ended and when the game went live.

OMG the day 1 OBT already this happen when most of my frens also cant "start game" when creating player..
