Onigiri Coins / Devilish Hairpiece, Wisteria

I really liked how the devilish hairpeice and wisteria look like so i supported the devs by purchasing 1k worth of coins.
Although i have received some of the free items, I have yet to receive the freebie headgears and the coins.

I have sent a ticket requesting for a reply but that was 3 days ago.

So has anybody purchased Onigiri Coins but is yet to receive them?
Or am I doing something wrong that makes me not able to receive my freebies?
