Sorry for the delay, we've been quiet on this one because it's been a little tricky trying to figure out what's actually been happening with your character. I've had a developer download a copy of your character data from the server DB, but they weren't able to find any issues with it.

Here's a screenshot of your character, which looks completely fine from our end.


Have you tried logging in recently? If so, when? The more specific and accurate you can be about the times will help us check the server logs for errors.

In the meantime, please completely uninstall and reinstall the client in order to help us rule out the possibility of client corruption.

Thank you so much for your reply.

About your picture of his character avatar. He switched his costumes so he got the default one.

Have you try to check his inventory and storage? He got his Oni's Dagger (which cannot be removed by any way in the game) replaced by another weapon. And he also got his costume replaced by Fox Miko Dream costume set.

Please try to look into his inventory and storage. I think you can find the Fox Miko Dream costume set and cannot find Oni's Dagger there.

Hi, popping in with an update, we were unable to find any issues with his inventory.

I had someone look through the server logs, they found nothing out of the ordinary. As we understand it, he's disconnecting right after entering the lobby. The last confirmed attempt to access the game was on the 23rd.

The disconnection is due to a server-side check to ensure that the data coming from his client is legitimate, however he won't realize he's been disconnected until he attempts to do something that requires communication from the server (i.e. switching areas) As his client is sending "wrong" data, the check refuses his connection and blocks any changes to his file in the database.

Currently the developers believe that his installation has been corrupted. Please have him attempt to update the game, as the process will either overwrite any corrupted files or fail entirely, in which case he will have no choice but to completely uninstall and reinstall the game.

If this does not fix the issue, please have him send in another ticket detailing the exact steps he took & reply to this post.
Edit: It's come to my attention that's he's reinstalled the game a few times, but there's no mention of when. To be thorough, having him do it again from scratch is about the only thing I can suggest right now.
Edit#2: There's something weird with his head slot, more information to follow as I get it.

Have you tried directly contacting the company? They have yet to set forum moderators, while they do have administrators they are not entirely active when it comes to guiding players down the correct path for these sorts of flaws. Your best shot is to try sending in an inquiry here.

Okay yes, sorry, I didn't notice the girl clothes the first time I went through your inventory but yes they are there, your Oni Sword is missing, and you have 2 Butterfly Hairpieces. I guess it's like you said, that somehow your equipment got swapped with some other persons' data, causing the aforementioned abnormalities. I'm searching through logs now to try to figure out when/why that happened.
