I found recently that some of my characters now had a 'Golden Ladle' bottle which I did not remember getting.
So, I tried using it (2nd bottle spot, best drink I have available so far), and quickly found that it NEVER regenerates (at least not for my chars).

Since it can only contain 1 drink, which was allegedly compensated with a refill every 30 minutes, that makes it pointless.
So, is that a bug, or does it work for anyone?
If it works for some people, is it limited to specific drinks to get the drink regenerations?

tbh i never actually used it before because of the single portion. will maybe try later and let you know.

edit: seems you're right about it being buggy. But what I found odd was that it did go up to 1 again after I waiting 30 mins, but trying to use it gave me an error. Also after I relogged, that 1 cup disappeared and it was back to 0. weird...
