Please help. Character name is Blessed. I am currently receiving this error

Quest name : To Kaga

I tried to load in the map right after cutscene and this is the error that I received trying to zone (load) in to the area.

Deleting the pkg file seems to have fixed the issue for now. i have downloaded the updates again and the game seems to be working well now.
