Problems downloading Onigiri Client

I've tried 4 or 5 times to download the client. It will start slow, stay slow (maybe up to 50kb/s) and then stop at like 2-3MB.

I really wouldn't mind trying to play on the Japanese server, until the english version comes out, but I can't get the client to download.
