How to continue this quest?

Hello, everything has been going smooth until this happen.
I can't seem to complete this quest, cause the other dangos Red and Green wont give me the quest for that orb/ball/crystal.


Do I need higher level to be able to accept quests from other 2 dangos or do I need something?

Also another question, I have so much quests in-completed, but I only seem to see the arrow for 1 quest. But not others, why?
and they seem to be all ticked to show the arrow, but ye they don't.


is it a bug that I can't see other arrows of other quests or?...

Quests stop giving you arrows/guides at a certain point.
That main quest requires you to beat the colored dungeons and collect an item from them to finish the quest. The item may be a drop, in a chest, or an npc will give it to you at the end. Make sure your inventory isnt full

Do I still need to get the quests from the green and red dango npc in order to get the item to drop in dungeon?
