Client not downloading

So, I'm on my way downloading the full client until something happened.
after like 10 minutes of downloading, it suddenly stopped downloading. At first i thought I disconnected or my internet are down or something, but I can still browse the internet smoothly. The only way for it to continue downloading, is for me to close the download and restart the download all over again.
until it stopped downloading.
Here are the screenshot of my game window with Cfosspeed window on bottom right.
as you can see it jumped into 599 kbps the moment i started my client.
then after few minutes the cfosspeed only shows a minimal amount of downloading and uploading data and that is waaayy to small for downloading patches but still can browse the internet normally.
p/s: i took the bottom screenshot first and the top screenshot second after i realized i should share both the screenshot when it downloading and it doesn't download. And it still happening btw, the downloading half way then stopped.
I wonder if this problem is from my side (meaning my internet might be the culprit)
