Please,Help me! "onigiri.exe has stopped working"

Please help me, i cant play the game

I'm having the exact same problem and I have no clue how to fix it sadly

Same here.

I've tried running the game as an administrator and even putting the game in allowed programs by the firewall yet still not fixing the error.

I have no idea left on how to fix it.

One person having this error was able to give us a crash report containing Exception Code: c0000005 and Exception Offset: 00289ecc; we were able to trace that report to a part of the program that generates textures. So, the problem may be a hardware incompatibility issue with certain graphics boards. If you could tell us what graphics board your PC uses, that might be useful. It would also be good if you could provide a similar crash report showing Exception Offset, etc.; I believe this information is often displayed in the details section of the popup Windows shows when a program crashes. Even better would be a dump file; the first post on the following page describes how to generate one from a crashing Windows application, so if someone wants to give that a try and post/PM me the file, that might be useful.

I can't make any guarantees as to if or when we'll be able to investigate reports and fix any incompatibility issues, but we can at least try... If you want to try stuff out on your own, updating graphics drivers and so forth is always a good bet too.

I got it after I updated in-game, and then I restarted just as instructed on facebook page to get the last "patch". The client update started again and in Japanese with version 1.20.1. After that I got the "onigiri.exe stopped working"

Uninstalling and reinstalling using the downloaded installer fixed the problem, but idk if it will be the same if I restart the game.
