Missing Soul Eggs?

When I started the game, I had 10 soul eggs. I've been playing for a few days and now they're all missing. I didn't use them often...or at least tried not to. Is there a time limit on them?

There isn't. Maybe you accidently deleted them or miscounted how often you actually used them.
