Since the old forum is cleared, I think I would start a new topic here about such problem.

First of all is the "Invisible Login Glitch". This is the clip about that, along with the solution.

Symptoms: Rapidly spinning Kunai, misplace "CyberStep" logo, no Login field when the game start.
In short, change your PC language to English(US) to fix this glitch.
