Problem 1: From there, it's all okay, but the problem is 2P can't or unable to send verification email when signing up, which cause problem for those who want the starter pack

and trust me, i've been clicked "Resend Email" for the past 30-45 minutes!!! and Zero, Niente, Ziilch, Nada, Rien, Nothing, natingu, ... well you know the rest .. aka they got problem and MANY people would like to get the starter pack since they, i think, quantited limited

I'm fairly certain you're using chrome. (Had same issue)

EDIT: the problem here is 2P that is they are NOT sending the verification Email ... which cause the player base to be uanble to log on the 2P website and following the steps for the starter pack ... and that's about it .. it's doesn't matter which internet browser you use

When i click on Resend Email, it doesn't work , I've been trying for the past hour ... each minutes to click on it, yet no new message in my mail box or either my Junk Box

Edit2: If i use a different email, i get the following message :
The request could not be completed. HENCE people who were looking to get the starter pack won't be able to get them due to a problem on 2P side :/

I used chrome the 1st time and internet explorer the next time it can not be the browser. Still got "The request could not be completed" pop up.

Wierd.

When I switched from chrome->FF, it worked.

So what is gonna happen now?

it would be nice if the admin could read this ... it's like 2 hours and 18 minutes from going live ...
