I played the Closed Beta (JP version) and I had 2 characters. After the Closed Beta, I logged in with the same email, but my characters were gone! Please help. I forgot my characters' IGN because I hadn't logged in towards the end of CBT.

If I'm not mistaken, The Beta characters were wiped with the games release.
