unable to select full screen

for some reason i am unable to use full screen. When try check fullscreen it won't let me . I can only play in window mode, but in window mode i am unable to see the whole screen. (my monitor screen resolution is 1360 x 768 and the game resolution is 1280 x 768). im able to play this with my other monitor but for some reason it gives me a headache...

yes same with me. I have the same resolution. I can't seem to find any answer and no one seems to want to help here.
