after the maintenance i notice their is a patch and so i waited for it to finish. Then after it complete and hit log in nothing happen it just load for over 10mins and one time it even give me and error 00102.

I already restarted and pc and still nothing

For a good 6mins I was able to log in. maybe miracle but then my client crash and give me this error


and now I'm stuck again at log in screen

i got the same problem and solved it.
there are some files in the pkg folder that are or might be corrupted, if you know which is it, try to delete that, if not, you'll need to delete it all. then start the game and let the game download a fresh batch of pkg files. if one of your files are corrupted it will prevent you from connecting correctly into the game hence err_00102 will popup. hope this solves yours, it solves mine.

but since you said that it only happened after maintenance. try reconnecting. or using other isp to connect to the game. your net must not be providing adequate latency or bandwidth the game needs.
