If I am right it is dropped by the Akamekabe in Mount Kurama.

i can't go to another village max only Izumu all dun in Izumu can't go in they block me .how can i go in Mount Kurama.

Ah, then you can go to the dungeon with Odin as a boss. Either Dainurikabe (Idk what the heck is this I think a bigger-sized rock-wall monster) or Akamekabe (The black-coloured rock-wall monster) drops it if I'm right... You can reference this thread too. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2411

He can't access Mount Kurama because he's still locked at Izumo. His problem is not that sidequest but instead the fact that he has not equipped the purity magatama that is required for him to enter the izumo dungeons for the main storyline.

Also, you are right. It's the akamekabe at Mount Kurama also known as Odin's dungeon.
