My Main Character Stuck at Loading Screen

Hello guys. My main character stuck at the loading screen and after a few minutes, a popup message appears "ERR_00102 Operation Timed Out".

I've created a new character and I was able to load successfully. However, when I switched back to my main character, the problem happens again. Help me guys. I've tried to re-install client but the problem still persists.
